RULES, PROCEDURES, AND REGULATIONS OF BHS-NATIONAL DIVISON

Dear parents,

BHS-National Division would like to congratulate and welcome your children at our school. We are honored to provide a high quality of education and to gain your trust in keeping your children in a caring hand with our professional staff and dedicated teachers.

We are committed to do our outmost in providing your child with the best of care and high quality of education. We, on the other hand, expect you to cooperate with us and to fulfill your commitment towards the school for the benefit of your child which is our top priority.

Following the school rules is the main step in the mutual respect between the school and student. We are aiming for your support in carrying out the school rules and urging your child not to break them.

1. Misbehavior, either with teachers or classmates, is not acceptable at all! The school will take very strict actions in case of any improper behavior.
2. Students should be at school not later than 7:45 AM. Any student who will come after this time will not be allowed to attend the first period.
3. Absence without urgent reasons, such as severe illnesses or hospitalization, is not allowed. A medical report should be submitted in case of frequent absence.
4. Students must attend the school in a full school uniform that is neat and clean. Any student who violates this rule will not be allowed to continue the school day and will be sent home.
5. Students must bring all the necessary / required tools and materials for the school day: books, notebooks, pens, pencils, etc.
6. Parents who need to meet a teacher for any issue concerning their child should check the teacher’s timetable and make sure that the teacher will be free at the time of the meeting. Or you can write your concern on your child’s channel book and the teacher will respond after your note.
7. The school is renewing the school buildings and equipment every year to create a comfortable environment for your child. The school properties are the students’ responsibility as well as the school’s responsibility. Any student that causes damage in any of the school properties will be responsible for replacing or repairing it.
8. Students are not allowed to go out of the class during the periods.
9. Students are not allowed to leave the school during the day without a written permission from the administration after the permission of the parents.
10. Students are not allowed to use their mobiles during the school day.
11. Students should show a presentable appearance and a high level of hygiene.

Finally, BHS-National Division: staff, teachers, and administrators wish you all the best and we promise to do our best to meet your satisfaction and to help in building your child’s personality and future.
