Dear Intake 7 Students and Parents,

As we are approaching the end of the second semester we are glad with the progress the students have undertaken during this pandemic lock down experience. We are satisfied that most of the students are able to cope with the assignment submission, studying and taking care of their mental and psychological wellbeing. A few students have enjoyed making a CAS project motivating all the students with ideas on how to make use of their precious time without being demotivated or overstressed. On behalf of the CAS coordinator and all our team we thank them for such an initiative and wish to see more cooperation between students.

Mock Exam Instructions:

·      It is the student and Guardian responsibility to adhere to the Mock exam schedule.

• It is not the responsibility of the teacher nor classmates to remind colleagues to log in for the

• Secure and strong internet connection is required
• Guardians must Check Student’s Room . The room Should be clean from any supporting documents and material. The room should be free of any written material on the walls or ceilings, regardless of whether these appear to be related to the subject being examined (some judgement may be required regarding visual stimulus)
• Students should be online 15 min before the Exam Start Time
• Students will need their PC charged and connected to an electric source, head phone for the English B listening section /
• For the Math ,BM, Chem , BIO, Phy. Students are allowed to have their calculator. the teacher will tell them how to place it on exam mod and the students will show the icon to the teachers before the
• Only one blank piece of paper + pen + pencil+ erasers must be available on the candidate’s desk for note taking if

• Students will/ might need a Real Dictionary (book) (not online) for the subjects:
  • History, BM,PHY,CHEM,BIO,MATH,MUSIC
• The teacher will ask the student to show the working environment with the webcam or using Teams video / Zoom conference to confirm that no unauthorized materials are visible/hidden.
• The teacher has the right to ask the student to keep the Camera On during the whole exam duration. If technical error takes place the student should request from the teacher to log in with the mobile camera and work using the

• Teachers will use” Exam.Net” to send the exam AND STUDENTS WILL submit through it. Even the exam where the students will hand write, they will be permitted by the portal to upload material. Just in case the student should also send a scanned version to the teacher and cc Coordinator Within 10 min max from the end of exam

Failure to do so will be granting the student extra time which will make the teacher deduct 10 marks.

• Students will be given an access key to log in for the exam
• The portal blocks the student out of the exam if he/ she tries to open any window on the pc
• There is a chat box available for students to ask the teachers questions but it is not advisable as on the DP exam the student is left alone with the exam sheet and not allowed to receive any

• Students under any situation should not share information and should not use any other method of reaching out to their friends during the Exam time. If the student needs anything contact your teacher on the spot. If the is a problem contact the coordinator as a last
• For the English Listening exam students should not repeat the recording, they should do as instructed.
